Glad i got my Nemesis before it gets dropped. Surprised the Lucky 7 remains, must have been pretty popular.

Hopefully Jake can supply some real life pictures via Twitter today.

I have been noticing both cook and Luke Wright been using legends in omega colour scheme

The nemesis is a great bat. And the fact billings currently uses one for England I really thought they would keep it in at least one grade.

Powerbow and supernova ranges look a tad cheap on first view. But like not things I'm sure they will grow on me.

Supernova is really interesting inclusion. I wonder how it will look in flesh.

Too be honest, I'm underwhelmed by the 2016 offerings. Only the Legend pads and gloves appeal to me.

I think the new stuff looks great - the GN 500 looks awesome (I like the touch on the front cover to show the heritage.)
The traditional legend/prestige/classic bats appeal and I really like the new Supernova stuff too. Especially the shape of the bat - for what you can see in the pics anyway.

I think this kit will do pretty well.

With you on that. Even the GN500 seems tame compared to the scoop and dynadrive. Too many bats with similar profiles for me. I guess in the flesh the differences become apparent.

Guessing they must've sold well in Somerset for it to have been retained.

@Danny1981 It opened in the browser for me but it doesn't if I download the file and open

The sweet spot on the Powerbow seems higher than the outgoing model and is missing the "bulge" at the bottom. Sad to see Oblivion go, may be because Cook has switched to Omega XRD now.

Supernova is growing on me although I'm not a massive fan of all the black in the top decals on either of the new bats.  I think they would look better in the current design.  GN500 and the Classic collection look instantly great however.

Disappointed to see the changes to the Powerbow decals as I personally loved the Gen X ones.  Also the fact that the Fusion will not be in the UK next year is another disappointment as I love the look of it.

Personally I think the powerbow gen x was the best GN bat I've seen, seen to have sold really well, a lot on the club circuit here in Yorkshire.

Likewise when I saw the catalogue images I was a little underwhelmed, but having seen the actual product, I must say both the Supernova and Powerbow look really good.

Personally I am glad to see the Powerbow going back to yellow as thats what always looked the best and sold well too.

I really like the look of a couple of bits from the new range.

I'm not decided what I'm likely to buy (if I change my kit again) but the  GN500 and the Classic Collection stand out.
I can see myself buying either of those bats (or maybe one of each!) with Prestige softs (or possibly Select softs depending on the quality of them).
And there's a strange appeal to the Lucky7 too...

How much do we reckon the GN500 will retail for?  Must admit I am tempted by that as I can no longer find a decent Powerspot reissue for the collection.  I ummed and ahhed for ages over getting one but could never find one which didn't have the stickers peeling off the back.  All Rounder had a couple in stock from what I can recall but they had been bashed and dented on those racks they have  >:(

If anyone knows where I can get one for a decent price please let me know.

There's also this seasons Nemesis which I want as I've spotted it for sub £100 online at the moment, although with a max of 4 games left I can't bring myself to get it or can I?.. ;)

And I too would love a power spot, can't even find one on eBay now though...  :(

Mid-low sweet spot is good for most of the venues in USA as well as India.

Supernova stickers look very interesting to me. I would mind adding it to my collection. I liked the blue + black color combination in Kook Ricochet 2014 models. However the newer ones from Kook have gone away from black. GN SuperNova might just be the one which i was looking for.

After becoming a member of this forum, my bat collection has increased from 2 to 10  :o ... Not sure if i am explain to my wife about adding another bat to the storage !

In the USA, on AstroTurf wickets low/mid bats work if you are tall. For a short batsman, low middle bats are useless. On matting pitches, after rain, the ball might stay low but most good grounds have decent bounce. Net/net, low-mid works for tall guys and under certain pitch conditions. GN aren't the most popular bats in the U.S.

I reckon the supernova range is one of those which you have to have the set or else it looks silly.

If you don't have the full set you'll look silly, and if you do have the full set it'll look grim. Bit of a catch 22 really...  :-[

Question for those in the know
Is the Aussie range called the Momentum the same as the supernova range as I prefer the Aussie model

I'm usually GN's biggest fan but that's all horrid, real shame. Too much bat dominated by sticker if you know what I mean - if the stickers were more minimalist, id be tempted by the powerbow

The Momentum is exclusive to the Greg Chappell cricket centre in Aus.

Hah, I was just watching last night's highlights and saw Billings waving the new Powerbow bat around on the balcony.  It was not pleasing to the eye.

How much would one be as in import costs plus the fist of the bat any ideas as I do like the look of it a lot

@Marc28 if you register with them you can view the product details and change currency to GBP. The pound is ridiculously strong against the Aus $ at the moment so there's some good deals on there. Delivery I believe is around the $45 mark and the only other thing to factor in is the potential sting by Customs. I must admit the Fusion and Momentum are teasing me especially with the current exchange rate but think I can hold off for now....  :D

Simon Hughes has one of Billings bats on the 5 highlights, it's a nemesis with the new powerbow stickers on it, agreed that it's not that attractive.

After watching the England ODI and seeing some of the new GN gloves, thye look much better than they do in the catalogue. I think Taylor had the new Powerbow on and Plunkett the supernova

I think the Green on the powerbow gen x was amazing. Would have bought one if I wanted a low middle. Yellow looks a bit over the top for me
