Willow, like any natural product has variations in its density from tree to tree. The lower the density, the lighter the bat is for the same volume. There are plenty of the ads on this topic on here, mate. Facinating subject really.

Are they implying that those are not over dried clefts? The weights on those bats are pretty high - 2-13.

What I am saying is that at no time was I told that there is a limited warranty on my bat and as far as I am concerned, if it snaps in half in a months time, it will be going back with the expectation of a full replacement. If that happens time and time again, so be it. :)

No bat makers gonna supply them to the buying public
His bats will be made to last a couple of decent innings at most, before they turn to dust
