Discovered that Sports Direct have an eBay outlet and a sale on their website at the moment much to the pain of my wallet!
Omega Keeping gloves for £20 and Adidas spikes starting at £30 were too good to pass up! Also quite alot of lower range Gray Nics bats going for under £60 and good deals on gloves if anyone is on the lookout for mid-season purchases.

Link? Or are you keeping the bargains for yourself :P

Looks like most of the deals are replicated on their main site as well.

Pair of GM original pads for half price looks good
-
Originals or 909 is the question!!!
-
Have been into Sports Direct this afternoon S/H Slazngers bats start at 8.50p
-
Ah, the Sports Direct lottery...
You wins some, you lose some.
Good luck
-
Who got what then?
I splurged and got the 909 pads for £40 and Vectors for £55.
Good sale for me, my blue vectors are in their second year and now showing signs of wear here and there.
I've been after new pads for ages but begrudge looking at spending £60/70/80 on pads!

I actually once had a poly coated Slazenger V200 from there that cost me 99p! Wasn't the best bat in the world but it got me through my first couple of seasons as a junior. It now sits under my bed as my going to the park with friends bat.

Yes the ones I saw for £ 8.50 were V 200.

They're obviously massively hit and miss those bats but if you want something to go bash a few tennis balls about the local park with your friends/the kids then they're a pretty good buy.

The front and back pictures of these are surely different?!

Went for the Howzat's for £30, Omega keeping gloves and some GN omega 500 batting gloves as back ups.. Couldn't resist for those prices!.

Currently trying to wear in the new Vectors for tomorrow.
Also the top hat on the GM Pads is at quite an angle!
Is this cos I'm only 5'10? Will see how I go with them

If presume the two sets that look odd have the pics mixed up

Really tempted to have a look at the Spartan MSD5000, anyone know what there like for a cheap bit on the side ;-)

The one I saw at my local SD wasn't overly concaved. Was pleasantly surprised

Picked up all my gear from the depot this morning just in time for today :)
Everything looks ok to me, apart from the keeping gloves which have some kind of marking on them despite being sealed in the original packaging. Nothing too annoying especially if we end up doing 46 overs in the dirt this afternoon!

I was under the impression the lower grade ones were but the higher grade ones weren't.
If I'm wrong then take a punt you may be pleasantly surprised
