You can always tell great service with how they deal with the negatives, it's easy to be nice to someone spending a fortune, but Asad & Uzi have showed class in accepting and refunding the money instantly for a grill which didn't fit my lid.  It gives confidence in shopping with them again.

I've only bought from Uzi once (online earlier this season) and it all went smoothly, but the service was superb with Asad calling me up to check details and make sure the lid would get delivered to me next day; will definitely be returning in the future!
