Price wise always see lots in good condition at car boot sales.

If you buy new you'll spend an arm and a leg. Ebay, car boots, second hand dealers are best. If you really want new I could suggest @Beachcricket David Wall makes some nice looking planes.

Anywhere between a couple of quid and 15-20.  Ebay is sometimes a good shout, although a boot sale is better, as you can pick it up and look

Saw a guy with around 12 on Sunday at our local car boot had  a look at a couple of them they were in decent condition the dearest was £ 16.00 but it's common practice at boot sales to make an offer.
