Foam stump sleeve I believe. Just slides over a regular stump.

I actually thought it was designed for fielding practice, as you'd start off with the sleeve on then would take it off to improve accuracy on throws etc. Suppose you could do the same for bowling, just have one stump in the off stump hole and consistently try to hit it.

No problem will do, some of these things are 'exclusive' for the international sides. Merely because there isn't enough demand to mass produce them for the wider market.

You may be able to pick up an old prototype or possibly even get a new one if you are able to give good feedback etc on the products.
