What does paul @ijc say? How is the ping? Looks like a nice stick. Number of grains doesn't matter if pressed well.

Paul was happy with it. I was just after a 2nd opinion. Here's his comparison with a Spartan MSD Bullett.
I would say the Spartan bat taps up slightly better higher up the blade, otherwise I prefer the Kookaburra. The main difference is that off centre the Kookaburra taps up much better, presumably because it is much fuller! At the toe they are pretty much the same, but the Cadejo has a slightly more responsive sweet spot for me. Not only is it fuller, but the Cadejo it is a bit bigger too, as proven by these specs:
Cadejo:
38mm edges
63mm spine
19mm toe
MSD Bullet:
38mm edges
57mm spine
17mm toe

Think you've answered your own question there mate, Cadejo it is!
-
Hmm, nearly. Ryan at Kelsall bats has some nice pieces of wood in, so I'm going to have a look tomorrow and will decide over the weekend.
-
Looks like the Cadejo is 2 oz heavier though...
-
True, but my current bat is 2.7 so both of them are heavier and fit the bill.
-
Nice looking bat...how is the balance?
