Guys - Please not that this bat was sold a long time ago so I no longer have it!
But due to the large interest in these bats, I thought I would treat the "Beast fans" to some pictures of the Beast I used to have but stupidly sold! ENJOY

Apart from the missing photo.
A cracking looking stick.
I know these be illegal, but would anyone notice if I trotted out in a game with one? Or would the ignorance make them believe it was just a sticker?

-
Can't believe you would ever sell it. I love these bats but think it's unlikely I'll ever add one to my collection
-
Love those stickers!! Now that is what a cricket bat should look like!!

Sorry - the missing photo was only missing for a minute.
Had somehow deleted one of the / but all should be ok.

Yeh...tell me about it!! Gutted when I look back now!
But, if I did have it, then Simon would not stop hassling me until I sold to him anyway. So I would still have to sell it ;)

I used a mate's Genesis and no one said anything
-
Thanks for sharing. Such a cool bat
-
Was its performance better than any other bat? Did the graphite make any difference at all?
Cheers.

I believe the ruling follows the same lines as the ban on the c6+ style carbon handles. The bat can be used for the rest of its natural life perfectly legally in non professional cricket, but they are not allowed to be made any more.

So what happens if I apply my own carbon/Kevlar/graphite to the back of a bat?

I imagine technically you've 'manufactured' an illegal cricket bat, one for the lawmakers to make a call on though, i'm just speculating.

You'll have a bat with carbon/Kevlar/graphite on the back! ;)
As you're not playing pro cricket (that I know of...) you can use whatever you like really

If there are people out there who are happy to use anything, then i have just taken delivery of a triple layer laminate, including wood from a coconut tree, made 'somewhere' in Sussex.....
2'7, no concave domed profile, not a big bat but rebound is very good.

You know the rules Jakeus, pictures or it doesn't exist.
And coconut tree you say - that's begging for some of the new SS Bounty stickers!

For another time/topic.
Don't want to distract from @smilley792 forming 'Jones Kevlar Willow Inc' and taking his blades to market. :)
