Title: This hurts!
Post by: cesare_in on October 08, 2015, 01:36:36 PM: Started indoor nets since last weekend. As in the pic, skin's peeling off on my right hand.

Maybe it's the inner gloves or the batting gloves causing friction? Poor gloves the problem?

I was wondering maybe poor quality gloves causing this. Never had this problem all these years though :(

Post by: thecord on October 08, 2015, 04:40:40 PM: I've started getting this on my bottom hand, worse actually wearing a hole through my batting gloves, bleeding and a bit of a scar!
In my case it was caused by holding my bat right down the bottom of the handle so you may want to think about that too

That's in pretty much the exact same spot as mine too, I'm going to be trying to force myself to hold the bat higher up the handle during winter nets to cure the problem.
In my case I left a handy blood stain on the shoulder of my bat to highlight what the issue was!
