Title: Coloured cricket pads.

Evening all, my first post.
So basically, looking to get coloured cricket pads at a reasonable price (under £40); I don't want to outlay too much as they wont get used as often as my main pads. There is potential they will be squad pads, and a few pairs may be purchased. I have looked fairly far and wide and the following are the options I have come across, I want to see other peoples thoughts and if they can offer up any other options....

Have you thought about Clads?
Basically it's a sock that is coloured and slips over your normal pads, and only £20 at romida

We do currently have batting pad covers, not quite Clads and I can only presume not the same quality. But they do do a job, but they have started to wear, as they go on and off pads getting caught on the Velcro.

As for Clads, I do know a local distributors that will be selling for the season ahead.

check out cricketstoreonline.com ....this year they are stocking cheaper version ..around $45
IMO, clads are just ugly.

The colour I am after is black.

The hammer pads from cricketstoreonlone are a little expensive to get shipped to the UK I must say, more expensive than the pads themselves!

We can do black ones at £40 with free UK delivery.

They are Hunts county, i can send some photos of some blue ones we have in stock, will need to check availability of black but there should be some, please pm me if interested.
