Does anybody now were to send a bat and who to contact for a refurb

Also which stickers should i get

I like the Icon stickers personally!

Gunn and Moore charge £20 for a full refurbishment and re-stickering with a model of your choice. For this price, postage back to you is also included and a new grip and scuff sheet.

And academy sized bats sort of have limited sales opportunities as the buyer has to be a certain size!
If its your size finisher, then I would send it to GM, put some nice Icon stickers on with a refurb, and it'll come back looking like a different bat!
