Title: Cricket Bat Manufacturer Lancashire/Yorkshire

Hi Guys,

I'm visiting England from across the Irish sea in a few weeks time and id like to visit a cricket bat manufacturer to get a new bat made up for me while im over. Is there anywhere you would recommend to try?

I currently have bats brought over with our Club Overseas players from DP cricket in Cape Town but fancy a change.

The ones I know of are;

Kippax (Leeds area)
Jedi (Leeds area)
Ryan Kelsall (Ryan makes bats in his spare time so not sure you could visit)

I cant think of any more off the top of my head

Nick Nixons workshop is in Malton, in between York & Pickering.

You would be more than welcome at our Facotry James - junction 26 of the M1 (about an hour from Leeds)

Went to see James at JEDi on Saturday, nice little setup he has going - getting a custom bat made up.

He's based in Skelmanthorpe, just outside Huddersfield.
