Since sportpursuit, lillywhites and now sportsdirects has had a few hyperdeals, this gives us the oppertunity to brag on our bargains. I'm currently waiting for a Six6 and a v600 Xcell. Whatve you guys got?
Hoping for pictures!

I bought some new B&S gloves, pads and a bag for £80, absolute bargain for quality kit!!

For £80, I've never been so happy with a purchase. GM Aura 707, from PDC. Selected as light- feels like it weighs 2.8, but the pick-up is really quite good too. Enjoying having a swish around the house, very different to the RPC, and I can't wait to use it in the nets!
I think having a cheaper bat will make less scared of breaking it too, and perhaps break the mental shackles I tend to play under. I really like the livery of the new GMs, it makes your shots look very 'clean'!

I agree on the GM's.. They do look very good. Personally dislike batting with a very expensive bat (or I love it, but hate the feeling of edging or mishitting), cheaper bats dont hurt as much! :D

Got my bats today!
GM SIX6 2.11 with 8 straight grains, not too much scruff or marks. Good looking bat for the price, and nice ping. Unfortunately bleached - why??! And how do you make it look like wood again?
Slazenger V100 XCELL 2.10 with 7 straightish grains, no marks or scruffs, lovely finish, very concave! Has a nice ping off the hammer.

They look. I got v100 as well and I'm impressed with it.
