Title: £39 Ebay bargain
Post by: csnew on December 10, 2015, 09:33:52 PM
So managed to pick this up from ebay for £39 (including postage).
Weight 2lb 8
Pings pretty nicely
Concaved to an inch of its life.
12-13 grains
all in all not bad for a brand new bat at that price

Looks like its made in India - probably RNS by the amount of concaving. I've had a couple of Optimax bat's when they were UK made, always minimal concaving and pinged like monsters.

Is it my imagination, or does this bat have specks on the face, like it's been out/used in the rain?

It's definitely got some water marks on it. Funny just on the face and not on the back. Really needs a good oil. Not had a chance to do so!
