So yesterday I was out in town having a few drinks I went outside for a smoke.Next to the pub was a cash converter /generator place and I thought I'd just look in the window at what they were selling.As I was making my way back to the pub something caught my eye.A fairly good looking cricket bat so I went in just to have a closer look thinking it'd gonna be a sports direct number.To my surprise it was a Gunn and moore argon original. The bat has obviously never been used there is just a small mark on the scuff sheet.I would say it was 2.9 /2.10.The whole set they were selling is the bat, a gunn and moore original bag,slazenger helmet, some lower end gunn and moore pads and gloves all for £69.99. I should have asked about buying the bat separately but to be honest I couldn't be bothered carrying a bat around when I still had a good few hours of drinking left.I may call back up today or tomorrow and see about buying just the bat.Photos to follow.

I see bats and kit all the time in our local cash converters and charity shops and the staff really haven't got a clue when it comes to priceing.
