Hello all,
As the title suggests, we want to thank everyone for all the support, and some constructive criticism, during 2015.
It has no doubt been our best year yet, and we have implemented a number of forum ideas in our business. Notably the introduction of the Newbery Gold cricket bat (due early 2016), the saga with Millichamp being resolved and the final iteration of our Philosophy.
In other areas for the business, 2015 was a massive one. From the big changes like The Platinum Lounge, The Platinum Bat, our first Christmas Extravaganza, to smaller, sometimes unnoticed ones, like tweaking our YouTube channel to introduce more diverse content, adjusting the layout of our showroom, or changing our couriers to certain worldwide locations, we've tried to keep moving forwards in 2015, and expanding on what we do well.
Brands have come in (most notably Phantom, Chase, and the return of Salix,) brands have gone out (we wish the best to Spartan, New Balance, M&H, Slazenger, Mars, CP, PiriPiri, amongst others), but hopefully what makes us unique, our customer service, our passion, our videos, our handpicking ethos, our Central London location, our answering emails at all hours (I slept on the floor twice this year to stay late to work!), has all remained the same.
We are closed now until January 2nd for a rare, and well-earned break.
Thanks for all the feedback this year - although Paul has left, I'm still here to take on board any and all feedback!
Have a great break, spend it with loved ones and have a glass of something on us!

Enjoy the break, chaps . Keep innovating and providing exceptional customer service. Sorry to see Paul leave the forum. Hope he feels like returning at some point. Here's to your continued success in 2016.

Ah... not really a regular here so wasn't aware. Just done a bit of investigating and now understand why.
For what it's worth it seemed that IJC received huge amounts of stick that was completely unwarranted when all they wanted to know was the truth like various other posters. Don't want to reopen old wounds but it's good to see that IJC have stuck to their philosophy.
If anything it's made me want to buy my next H4L bat through yourselves.
