Title: Masuri Titanium
Post by: dannyhall04 on January 18, 2016, 06:39:57 PM
No idea how it's happened but my Masuri Ti seems to have bent out of shape, quite noticeably.
Anyone had this before, and have any tips about how to get it back straight again?

Pics to follow when I get home...

You'll probably struggle to get another Masuri titanium grille, they're like hens teeth! I'm sure tom @Ayrtek could sort you one if it would fit?

Looks a pretty old model mate, might be worth upgrading? You'd still get a fair few quid for it on eBay and out that towards a new one :)

Not sure a helmet that looks like it was sat on would fetch much on eBay!!

If I'd bought it expecting a usable helmet and that arrived and be kicking off royally.

It is a few years old, yeah! Just took the plunge on an @Ayrtek so might stick it on eBay. If I can straighten it out a little, anyway :)

I'd hardly say it's not usable, mate. Might not be in the best nick but if someone wants a Ti without spending £200...

Mine went like that after a car boot lid was shut on it in a overfull car

Managed to bend it slightly back into some kind of shape, so might give it a whirl on eBay. Think it was a former Pakistan players' lid, as you could make out the faint star on the front when I got it.

No wonder it was bent then!

Masuri helmets are the best especially the titanium one and they are mostly comfortable. I highly rate them.
