Well, I've sensibly left my boots to fester in my bag... And the smell isn't pleasant nor going away! So what more reason do I need to buy new :D
Just wondering what opinions people have; ideally looking for a boot suited to batting - I'm short, so my pads get put quite a way down my boot! Haha!
Tia!

Can't really help too much due to not being short, but adidas have a 60% sale on at the moment if you fancy some older adidas boots

Good shout D7, here's a link in case anyone's interested http://www.adidasspecialtysports.co.uk/product/adipower-vector/B40956 (http://www.adidasspecialtysports.co.uk/product/adipower-vector/B40956)
Noticed James Taylor and Temba Bavuma using Puma spikes during the recent series. Don't know if that's a sponsorship thing or if they're good for shorter players. I've got a pair of the 2015 White/Orange spikes and I'm 6'1. Only had them since Xmas so haven't had a chance to see how the pads fit though.

Puma, I bought a pair of the evo's and they are by far the best boots I have had (if you don't mind the pink sole!), alternatively provided you don't mind running the risk of hurting your toe's, spike up some trainers...

I've got the blue Adidas now, and they're fairly comfy!
Might have to invest in that sale - can't turn down a pair at £40!
Thanks so far! - Dreading the new boots, walking out squeaking...

You can get 10% cashback through quidco on that adidas sale too

Find that being short you don't need boots with long spikes

If your interested GN clearance Bay have test opener boots at 34.99 sizes 7 to 11 they were double that price plus some.

If you live anywhere near outlet shopping and they have an Asics outlet you can normally get last years stock for around £35-£45.
