I have to say lovely topic, I also have a similar story about great customer service. I've had the pleasure of exchanging a few emails with Rob Pack and I have to say it has been an amazing experience. He has not just answered all my questions with great details but also asked me very detailed questions about what I want. He has also taken the time to help me understand the batmaking process with great insight but also the Puma process in great detail and not just his own Blue Room brand. Would highly highly recommend him if anyone is looking for a custom bat. His G1 bats are 180GBP so the prices are very reasonable also.
