Hi all,
Usual end of Australian Summer sales on here at the moment. I decided i needed (or lose term i use for wanted) a new set of pads so picked up a set of the top of the range Spartan MC ones. The thing i was really surprised to find, was they are like the pro ones, with out the bottom logo.

I was expecting them to be like this:

The ones without the bottom branding are usually just for the pros due to logo restrictions aren't they?
Are Spartan just getting rid of all of their 'MC' branded stuff now he has retired, even if it means offering those usually reserved to the pros?
Or is this something they are doing going forward?
I haven't been able to find anything on 2016 Spartan branding, other than the new Joe Burns 'Hurricane'.
Final point, i love the lack of branding at the bottom of the pad!

They look good, I've got the same pad but the ones with the logo at the bottom, its maybe an Australian thing as mine were from a UK distributor.

Isn't their 2016 range just the 2016 range with the MC stuff rebranded?

Here's the 2016 pad, looks inferior compared to the 2015 model, just printed logos on the front.

Bit of a list of long winded excuses there mate. Yes is the quick answer.
Got some footage done, but the main issue is with the lack of storage space on my Macbook to get it into iMovie to edit.
Trying to get time to move some stuff to an external hard drive so i can get it down.
Plan is to get the time to do a review of these pads too.

Thanks mate. I did see Joe Burns sporting these in a promo shoot for Spartan not that long ago.
Basically same design as 2015, just a slightly different arrangement of the colour scheme.
I was hoping to see something to go with JBs new Hurricane, but i guess that will probably come for the next Australian Summer.
