so have we about 3 years we have quite a few just thought we would bring it back up again....

I started as just a ambassador well 1st customer thanks to @Tom and got a great insight to the industry and feel for things.

i know many have got in touch many thanks we will be back in touch very soon and keep them coming lads

After speaking to Streaky you need to really have the following kit; a bat, pads, gloves and if possible a bag to put it all in, this sounds like the minimum required and if you buy any other gear I think B3 would feel very happy.

As the idea suggests that in order to spread the good word of B3 you need the gear to show to folk, you can't just refer folk without having the stuff which makes sense.

You have to prove yourself first before, you get involved the more you will learn and also may get involved with product testing and other stuff.

It can be time consuming for sure but if you want a ladder into the industry and work with a progressive forward thinking brand mixing technology with good old fashioned values and have a decent footfold then really you could do very well and this could be for you.

You need energy and drive :D

Maybe you should ask @The Doctor what i do...

I also go down there do help run the tours when i'm there and also talk to customers as i have a decent experience in working with the public.

I like to think although my written English and Grammer is poor my passion and drive and at times knowledge within B3 has helped i could be wrong...

I guess i started as the 1st customer and went from there it not my job although does consume me away from my income.

It's about learning the ropes and understanding the industry of which i have long strides to go.

I started as as a bat nerd wanting to be involved really and went from there.
