Title: A new balance section in the off the shelf brands.

Just noticed the forum doesn't have one, there a brand that are expanding and getting bigger. Reckon they deserve the recognition buy there own sub forum on here.

I'm not sure if Spartan is a dying brand but it could be handy for them to have their own section as well.
