Evening all
I've mentioned it a couple of times, but here it is!
I was lucky enough to be the first person ever to get a Warbird duffle (literally the first one out the box, in fact!)
It was love at first sight. A sensible size duffle, with a shoe tunnel and plenty of pockets, I think I may have finally found "the one" for me!
Quick rundown of features:
2 internal padded bat covers
Shoe tunnel
3 large side pockets
2nd shoe tunnel like pocket
Drinks bottle holder
Padded back panel
Padded shoulder straps
Additional carry straps
For reference the bag contains: 2 bats, batting pads, masuri helmet & stem guard, 2 pairs of batting gloves, chest pad, arm guard, aero strippers, extra large box, wash kit, deodorant, 3 balls, grip cone, 3 spare grips, shoes and a handful of,spare inners & supports.

It's a big duffle. Hardly reinventing the wheel! ;)

They really are very good bags indeed I already got Matt to put one aside for me and northan monkey they look so nice in the flesh and love the way you can pick it up both on your back or with the handles can see them selling out very quickly :)

Cam what is the bag like with nothing in it? Same shape or about as sturdy as a bin liner?

Less sturdy than a metal coffin, more sturdy than a bin liner!
It stood up on it's own with just a but in if that helps.
When I next unload it (possibly tomorrow for some more pictures of other bits!) I'll try to remember to get some pictures of it empty

No worries if you forget, friend was looking for something similar. Im not overly keen on duffles to be honest but that does look nice

it looks really amazing. it seems to have a similar amount of pockets to the kooks player duffle i currently use only a slighter smaller overall size which isnt really a bad thing.
if only i needed a new bag i think i would be buying one

We need to know how it compares to the supanove and kd5000. Someone needs to do a comparision review.

The bag looks amazing, just the right size for me I think, now since buying NV from Jake tempted to order this as well. How much did the duffle cost you if you don't mind sharing.

It's a very nice looking bag.
Good size, nice bit of actual colour in it.
Just not keen on the top writing and slogan. People will question if it's something to do with m joe root. Not as in tree roots

I would love to know how it stacks up against the supernova as I was on the verge of buying one, and would love to support the smaller business and what not

Exactly my thoughts on the joe root thing, I'm also not a lover of the colour, I prefer the colour of my h4l pro duffle and the new tempo stand up TBH, but they will appeal to a lot of ppl for sure..

Cam I think you had TON duffle as well, how big is it in comparison to it other than the pockets & boot cave.

It's bigger than the TON duffle and the GN1000, but smaller (I think) than the red ink duffle.
You could easily fit batting and keeping great in this bag.
If anyone is interested I'll get the tape measure out and post the actual dimensions of the bag tomorrow

Thanks for the info mate, I'll have a look at the Red Ink duffle again as I don't remember if there was boot section in there.

Cam, can the duffle be folded flat in a squarish shape for shipping or will it be difficult? Want to know this & it's weight to try & estimate the shipping cost to Singapore.

I think they arrived/fold up flat and rectangular, no idea about weight though sorry pal

Shipping cost would be quite high. Even in a completely folded shape it leaves an odd dimension. I believe odd sized packages and weights tend to push the shipping price up. I was trying to get a GN Supernova duffle from IJC. The shipping cost ended up around 50 GBP (UK to San Diego) which is pretty close to the cost of the bag itself. So gave up on it ...

I changed my mind following the death of my Supernova following a refurb at GN.
Basically
Oblivion/Supernova was refurbed and died spectacularly
GN500 swapped with Chad
Floor fell out the Duffle bag
Prestige gloves started coming unstitched in a couple of places
Oblivion gloves sold to a teammate
Thigh guards were cheap enough I bought them out of curiosity (and they no longer match the rest of my kit :-[)
I still have the pads but am looking to sell them ;)

@WalkingWicket37 Cam on the H4L website the new duffle shows the bottom 2'nd compartment for Helmet (and mentions in description as well), are you able to fit helmet in it easily, or does it require some pushing in.

I won't upload pictures because it may upset the admin, but I can confirm that my helmet, shaft and testicles all fitted in without an issue, with minimal pushing and plenty of room to wriggle about!
I'll have a look to see if my Masuri fits in there later :D

anyone got the pro duffle? how does this compare to that? what are the differences?
