Title: Copying Khawaja's bat
Post by: potzy248 on February 18, 2016, 02:13:22 AM
Asked Laver & Wood to make an exact (From photo) copy but at 2.9-2.10lb and will see what they can come up with. I will be happy to pay extra.

Any of the other forum sponsors able to replicate one at a lighter weight e.g. Crown B3?

His T20 bat is the same as Warner's, no?

Dave Warner , Usman Khawaja and Chris Lynn in T20 all use a similar profile with probably minor tweaks. Khawaja was heard saying in a big bash game that I just broke one of Daveys bats .... So to draw conclusions he must have tried it , liked it and now gets them made with the new XP500 stickers on there that he currently has.

There were some Pics in a Khawaja thread in "players" I think. That plus talking with them about what I wanted.

I haven't heard back so maybe you're right. I'll prob go back to this years shape if not. It was huge anyway.
