Title: 9 cane batting pads

Going on something Buzz said yesterday, which got me wondering.

What brand of pads have 9 canes in? The majority only seem to have 7 compared to the older GMs which have 9 and the front leg Kooks....

The new phantom bats have 9 canes.
The slazenger pads have 8.
legend ones have 8 too.

I asked this a while ago after wanting new pads. I think only M&H had 9 canes - most had 7 or 7 1/2 like the Legends where the last cane goes half way down the shin like a wider wing.

Yeah the millichamp pads have 9 but they are not cane and the protection is shocking for a £100 + pair of pads

Kookaburra pads over there have 9 canes on the front leg I believe?

The lead leg on my kookaburra Kahuna player edition pads have 9 canes.
