Post by: it's_a_pudding on February 22, 2016, 05:49:26 PM
Hi guys not sure if this is in the relevant place or if there is numerous other topics like this if so I do apologise.
Basically I'm wondering if you guys know of any cricket books or can recommend me any cricket books anything ranging from cricket fitness, cricket mentality, cricket technique (bowling, batting or fielding).
At the moment I only have the fast bowlers bible by Ian Pont and wanting to build up a bit of collection.
Thanks guys.

Definitely The Art of Wrist Spin by Peter Philpott, absolutely essential for budding leggies. Oh and obviously Mike Brearley's The Art Of Captaincy.

Worked on interval training when batting. Running 4, shot, 3, shot, 2, shot then build it up again. Just to get brain working under exhaustion of batting. Also, bleep and yo yo tests. Pain
