I am not sure if this was already discussed here, i was trying to find out if a Shrey Neck Guard can be used on a Masuri helmet and saw Smith using one on his Masuri during 2nd test vs NZ.
The price difference between Masuri Stem guard (49 GBP) and Shrey Neck Guard (19 GBP) is big. If this works for Smith then it should definitely work for me too :)
What are your thoughts?

I would personally go for the one that was designed for the helmet in use. The price may be more but I'd rather that than worry about if the integrity of the product was at risk by using something else.
Each to their own but that's my take.
That Shrey one doesn't exactly look stable or secure on there either!

You want to get yourself a Nek-Tek one that has some @StrettonFox Sports levels of protection 😉 Will fit a Masuri too and it priced at £30.
As its happens I know the bloke who sells them 😀
I also have a Shrey one up for sale if your dead set on one of them too.

What's a neck Tek ? Is it an Ayrtek product ?

Yes here are a few threads on them in our section, designed in conjunction with Stretton Fox to look at the primary purpose of the product of called into action.
