Title: heavy cricket balls

does anyone know if they exist? I read that saeed ajmal used a heavier ball to get stronger with his new action, and wouldn't mind trying them. Google didn't really yield much.

sells them from time to time,  or I have used weighted baseballs, both aren't design to be bowl to batters just drill work
