Hi,
I'm going to have a repair and refurb done to a Puma bat and was wondering who and where to send it ? I'm not sure if Puma have a place in the UK which carries out the work. I'm not sure if i read that Robert Pack may do this in the UK but I'm sure a few of you guys will point me in the right direction.

apparently it has to be done through place you got it from.. :S
but if your talking about getting mustards refurbed iyou obvs cant do that...

Yash knows where and what £ it costs to get these done.
Best to PM him ;D

It is Mustards bat bud so i don't think i will ask him to send it back for me ? could certainly go to my nearest store who sell Puma and ask them to send it off but they will obviously charge me more than the £25 - £35 id expect to pay so i wont go down that route.

You can email someone by clicking their username then clicking the envelope.

Why don't you send the bat to hit4six?

Hi Leo,
Didn't see an envelope next to his user name but i have worked it out and sent a message so hopefully he can help.

Can't stress enough about the amazing customer service from Rob Pack, he does full refurbs and can also re-sticker original Puma bats.
His email is robertpackcricket@tiscali.co.uk
