A few of the Zimbabwe players are wearing white and Silver Nike's. They look very nice indeed, any idea if Nike will bother with the UK?

I'm liking the look and of those! I'd be tempted if they did bring them out here.

Nike have left the cricket market worldwide except for India. Their distribution agreement with Aero ceased last year so they have no path to get products to retail.

I thought IJC were approached by Nike to stock some stuff though?

I'm not holding my breath on that one.
With respect to IJC, if the big players like Pro Direct (who have at least one Nike employee dedicated just to them) Owzat etc have no knowledge of Nike cricket for 2016 I doubt it is happening. Nike have a track record in other sports of being extremely standoffish, it would be a massive change of direction for them to go out and approach retailers.

Without wishing to step on any toes (pardon the pun), Jake - we were approached by them, and we have put in an order.
Please, again, without wishing to be disrespectful - if we say it, we have no reason to be lying!
We will have those very shoes in stock soon, beginning of April is our best guess. One of only 3 retailers in the country to be approached - so we are pretty pleased with that!

I don't think it was just 3 retailers that were approached as we were also shown the range by Nike but decided against placing any orders.
The models from the likes of Adidas, New Balance and especially Asics offer so much more than Nike.

In further answer to Vitas - Pro Direct are stocking the Nike shoes this season!
I am reading the email where we were approached by Nike, and looking at the photos too I'd have to disagree with VKS - they look pretty stunning as pointed out in the original post.
The salient fact is that we will be the only forum sponsor to have the Nike shoes in stock this season (as far as I know!).

Any more information about the products? Same design as in previous years? Likely cost?

Do any of you guys stock Puma footwear? And if you do can you keep this competitiveness going and have a price war to sell me a pair for around £30 please?

Anyone else reading these posts and imagining IJC saying 'na na na na naa' [emoji14]
