We destroyed our decking and it's currently a middle hole in the ground. Hopefully to be fixed tomorrow. One set of toilets repainted and another hopefully tomorrow. Sightscreens, nets, benches/fences repainted. Had approx 15 down at one point, so a good attendance. Back tomorrow for another long day of work.

Had ours today went to our second ground ( 3rd and 4Th team ) which has the best wicket only 4 of us there and the youngest was 65 completed the work started last Wednesday repaired the showers repaired the score box as it was broken in to cleaned the umpires room and litter picked 4 black bags of rubbish of the ground fill the holes left by foxes with loam cleaned the kitchen and fridges washed the crocks. Fitted new asp and lock to the ladies toilet door following vandalism.
We don't have to do any groundwork leave that to the groundsman.
Sun came out around 11am quite an enjoyable 4 hours.

We probably had 50 or 60 people during the day to help out. Good to see some familiar faces and catch up. A variety of jobs complete including painting, getting the nets set up, covers ready etc. The bacon rolls and cake were top notch too.

Ours is actually in a couple of weeks!
