I recently sent a message to Masuri regarding my Vision Series Elite ear pads having issue (it's an early model before they introduced the yellow tabs designed to hold them to the grill a bit better. I very quickly received a reply saying that they appreciated that I made them aware of the problem and that they would send me some replacement ear pads free of charge. I sent the message on Tuesday and they are expected to arrive by the end of the week.
I know it's something really small but I really appreciated how quick they were to reply and also the serive that they offered. Big thumbs up to Masuri :)👍

Yeah that's the best thing to do, I think they know that this has been an issue so they are prepared to send replacement ear pads so solve the issue straight away. Mine arrived in the mall, fantastic service
