Any ideas on How to stop helmet hitting the bat in a kitbag, and damaging the bat?
-
put ur your helmet up one end, put the handle of the bat at that end. so the it just hit into that, or you can make a pad/glove wall
-
put a pad in between

How do your bats get damaged :S?
-
What the?! Surely a bat cover would solve it, the backs of my bats used to get cut and scratched by spikes, use a bat cover now- problem solved! Dont see why this would be any different! :/

Buy a decent double decker bag, such as the kook one or newbery sps.

My helmet hits the bat, resulting in a dent
-
surely thats what the cover is for, to protect the bat :/
maybe try putting the helmet in a pillow case or something....?
-
may seem an inconvenience but maybe take the grille off?
-
Wack a football sock over your bat, then another other the top ?
-
What bag do you have Ashvir?
-
is it a padded bat cover?
what bat cover is it?
-
If you are very bothered just carry the bat separatly in its bat cover.
-
I have a BAS Bat, I'm gonna put the handle of the bat on the same side of the helmet and see if that works
-
Try and get a ayrtek helmet bag off Tom

put the bat between the (main pad) and the (pad straps) in a bat cover. surelly that would do the job if yoou know what i mean.
