Title: Better than a grip cone.
Post by: Wristy on April 24, 2016, 01:46:40 PM

Visited the H4l workshop and Matt had this amazing grip applicator. I thought it was a godsend!! I've been searching all over for these and noted that Barrington sports are selling them.

This may already have been posted, but thought I'd share just in case.

Matt has a DF Kwik-Grip version, which is much better than the GM version (which I thought was garbage!) in my opinion.

Enough about these pénis grip applicator pumps, tell us about your trip to the workshop, and what you came away with @Wristy

Came away with a NV and hellfire pro  - http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=38361.0 (http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=38361.0) (I've posted an initial review on the h4l page).

I assume DF dont sell these Kwik-Grip applicators anymore?

The Kwik-Grip applicators are excellent!
Well worth it if you can get hold of one...a few of us on the forum have had one for a few years now.

I have one, and always carry in my bag, together with a small tub of goose-fat (but that's another story)

If anyone has one of these DF Kwik -Grip applicators and is willing to sell, I'd be very interested.

I know it's not meant to be as good, but Amazon has the GM one at £8.80 box damaged:

whys the GM one so bad compared to the DF ones, is it the build quality or do they work in slightly different ways?

@mdg20 - GM grip applicator requires you to stretch the edges of the grip to latch on to the outer rim of the grip applicator. Usually new grips are not that flexible and you will have a hard time getting it to latch on outer rim of the grip applicator. For me that was the main reason to hate that one. Regular grip cone is not a bad option, but some grips really don't work well with the cone. A grip applicator like DF one will be helpful in that case.

If it's a case of stretching the ends being an issue then as broken bat says they both require you to do that
