Hi Guys,

Firstly, let me make it very clear that this is a post in a personal capacity.

Yes, IJC stocks BOSS, and these are our stock bats, but Paul hasn't asked me to do this post - so anything I say on here is purely my opinion and doesn't necessarily reflect that of the company (hence not putting it in the IJC area!)

Basically just wanted to show you guys a photo, (screenshotted from the video tour which is on the IJC YouTube channel), of the new batch Paul selected.

All made in England by a renowned batmaker, BOSS bats are (supposedly) Grade 3 for the Menace (blue) and Grade 2 for the Assassin (green.) I hadn't seen these bats before I watched the video to break up the monotony of revision, but I was pleasantly surprised! Menace is £174.99, Assassin is £224.99.

They're all based on the UK pro shape, the shape that this bat maker who makes for Pros, believes is the most popular for them. Mid-low middle, a tiny bit smaller blade (talking around 1cm), smidgeon of concaving - easy to see why it's popular in the UK.

The whole kit looks pretty decent! I would of got the full kit if I hadn't already ordered my affinity softs and bat.

I really like the look of this new brand, I must admit. I'd be after one if I didn't get to play a pathetically small amount of cricket this year.
A very bold but clean colour scheme- I like it a lot.

I would be tempted because of
the maker
the price point
the understated look

I wouldn't buy these blind given the wealth of options in the price range.

Was giving it a bump so people can give feedback etc on the bats. Always looking for people's thoughts etc so we can improve!
