Title: New bat

So the Aldred went yesterday and now looking at options. Price isn't an issue but at level I play I'm not that interested in spending £400 on a bat. Mates got a g2 warbird that's nice and I've also seen a gray nics prestige. Was looking online and I do like the old school look of gray nics. They do a select which is well priced and itsjustcrickets review of it is good. Has anyone got any of the bats above they could advise on. I'm completely open to what's around. I'll be going to see Jake to get whichever I choose but would be good to get some ideas before I pop over.

Not my first choice bat mate and since breaking my finger it's not getting the use it really deserves.

Jake has some great h4l bats in. Also take a look at the gray nics range, some very nice bats at good prices and the focus bats also look decent...

Pop to either No Limitz in Bedford or @Vitas Cricket and find one you like. I would suggest if you find one at No Limitz to then go online and look for the same bat at about half the price.

Anyone used the gn select or prestige and rate them vs h4l?

Went and visited Robin and Jake at Vitas and after much cocking about I actually ended up with a Kookaburra Onyx. Never even had it in mind to get a kook but was nice and light with good pick up and pinged with the ball. Looking forward to next Wednesday when I pick it up. Cheers Jake.
