I've got a set of pads that I have spray painted myself, but I need to get the spray paint off. I can't seem to find anything on the internet so I thought I'd ask on here. should I just spray paint the black white?
-
You'd prob need to use a grey primer before trying to overspray the black to white as otherwise it will take a fair few coats.
The default answer in line with the forums kit policy is to buy a new set :D

White spirit would probably cut through it.
-
Buy a new pair

White spirit should do the trick, try it... buttt... if it fails (fingers crossed it wont)... spray it!

Well played to the cricket boutique for replying to all out cricket on Twitter RE this thread :D
-
I just couldn't help it! It was too easy :D
-
Yes White spirit it usually removes paint off most things don't over do it though as it can melt what you are trying to clean.

I have some white spray paint....

Surely this is the situation clads aims to avoid.
Wrap them black for t20 games, take them off for red ball cricket.

The word 'village' springs to mind? Get some new pads!
I can assure you that white spirit does not remove dry paint.
