Which one was it, The one of him batting out in SA? or a new one?

  I did not watch it. It was during a weather related break all the test match broadcast when the camera cut to the field (with the staff attending to the pitch ) but the audio played the interview. AB  demonstrated  his strokes and talked about his technique. I don't know where the video was shot. But, in the end one of his shots hit the camera.

Yeh that was the one of him as Super Sport Park I think, there is a series of them as Nasser takes him on at golf next (AB also plays off scratch at that too!!).

The one where Nasser says 'SHOT' after every ball AB hits, got right on my tits that!!

You've got to remember that Nasser could barely hit it off the square!!  ;)

As proved in a power hitting thing he did with Johnny Bairstow. From memory they had a bowling machine set up and faced an over each, with the aim to hit as many balls for a maximum as they could.
Johnny hit 5 of his 6 deliveries for six, Nasser is probably still out there trying the clear the 30 yard circle...

put Botham up against Jonny with one of the modern day trampoline bats...

These videos have chock full of good advice and AB's message "you have to earn your cover drive" sunk in in my last game. 😂
