Title: First serious attempt at bat making

Hello all,

THought i would post about my first real crack at making a bat.
After looking on the forum for a number of years, got myself some part mades and I'm having a go.
Struggling to upload photos here so only have 1 available at this time and it was very early on in the making process
A few details

Part made starting weight was 1512 grams and aim was to get it to 1150 grams (2lb 8.5oz)

Great start, really nice looking shape. I look forward to seeing some more photos. Doesn't the bench move around a bit?

Bench can move a little but only when finishing with the sander, havent had many issues with it.

Great effort, looks a bit like the GN Nemesis.
