Let it dry out. It will be fine.

Buy three new bats.
A new match bat.
A new wet weather bat
And a new net bat to protect the other two whole in practice........

Exactly what @smilley792 has prescribed... except I'd multiply these by 2 (one light, one heavy..for each).

Let it dry out, lightly sand the bottom and get a little bit of oil back into it that's what I do works every time or buy some shoe goo and place a good think layer on the toe to stop water entering the wood

My bat got some water through the face near the toe. The wood expanded which isn't the issue, it became an issue when the wood dried as the wood may crack/feather near the toe as it seems to shrink in that spot where it dries, as mine did. Even if it does, I just put some super glue in there (only a small crack so super glue was fine. Would use wood glue it it was a large one) then sand and oil. Hasn't had any issues in 4 years since

Put it somewhere airy and allow it to dry out thoroughly wouldn't use it until it has.
