After getting a Hunts Turbo Revolution custom made from Butterfly willow, in Long Blade, through Jake at Vitas Cricket, I decided that I needed another Hunts Butterfly bat, as that one has done rather well over the last few seasons, where it's been my LMS bat.
Having had a think, and in keeping with my predilection for old school styles, I approached Jake to see if he could get Tony to make me up something that would be interesting and at the same time, to many would appear quite novel. He had a chat with Tony, who was quite happy to do so, and the result is shown in the pictures. It is a Hunts, and it is one of their older shapes (to give you a hint, it was something they produced between about 1990 and 1993), that one of my schoolmates had. It's marked as an Insignia as that was the oldest school stickers that Tony had, but do you know what it is?

On a slightly different note, I was quite surprised to see, from the profile, that it has a shape that has a lot of the Powerbow about it. That came as quite a surprise, given that it preceded the Powerbow by some five or six years!

No idea what hunts it is.
But the flat spine at the handle reminds me of a gray nicolls omega.

Well before Laver - this is a shape from some 25+ years ago!

Yes, I seem to remember the Clipper having that flat spine section, but weren't they still making them until a year or two ago?

This would be a current Clipper:

And the pictures in this topic http://184.154.5.91/~customb3/cbforum/index.php?topic=14755.0 (http://184.154.5.91/~customb3/cbforum/index.php?topic=14755.0) of the slightly older one. The Spine is definitely not flattened off towards the handle like this is.

This will do my pickle in too. Gut instinct was clipper too, and whilst I'd expect the shape has changed in recent years (like the reflex), I guess Tim is implying that no, it's not an old school clipper.
Next best guess.. Turbo?
Synchrolite Rapide (proper clutching at straws there!)

lol @Johnny I thought this one might catch a few people out. It's not one I've seen come up frequently on eBay either. I'm sure someone will get it!

It's not the honeycomb bat (minus the honeycomb on the back, obviously) is it? I can't think of the name off the top of my head
