Going to need to knock in a couple of new bats shortly, thinking a mallett is best option rather than ball on a handle option.
Will anything off ebay do a job?
Cheers

Don't get a dirt cheap mallet as they have no weight to them.
Depending how much you want to invest you could drop up to £80 on an LV mallet. If you're not wanting to spend that much the GN deluxe mallet gets good reviews on here

I have seen ball-on-a-stick mallet and it is not good. Any other mallet is fine. I use a GN Deluxe. I also use old pillows to create a base/platform to place the bat on during knocking; it saves my arms.

Bat mallet is the way to go

Ball on a stick is soooo bad , the only thing I'd like to do with one of them is actually try bowling with it ! :)
