Is anyone able to tell me how these two shoes compare in terms of fit? I have seen and fancy some Asics gel odi's but didn't like the original price. I have since seen a pair potentially in my size and budget but want to check out the size compared to my pumas as it requires me ordering online.

I've got two pairs of Evo speeds. Very light and fit very well with thick socks. I'm size 10.

I've got the ODI Asics, I've got quite wide feet and they're a nice, snug fit. Those new Puma sneaks look awesome though!

Puma shoes are always narrow fit....ascis are good for wider feet...so decide based on that

Seconded. EvoSpeed's will get you 95% of the way to Asics for half the price. But only if you've got normal sized feet!

I have used both and find evospeed as good as the asics

One thing to keep in mind about the Odi...great shoe, BUT the metal spikes cannot be replaced by rubber studs. The asics soft resin rubber spikes (the ones you would put on the Gel Advance shoes) do NOT fit the odi. They may have changed this recently, but I had to send my odi back last year for this reason.

The Gel Advance is pretty amazing btw. And has the rubber stud option.
