Title: Adidas 22 yds lite III sizes

Hi,

Quick question about these spikes - do you find that the sizes are smaller than other equivalents?
Is it worth getting a half size bigger than your normal size?

I think the half sizes only increase the width of the shoe not the length. So say your a size 9 and you have a wide foot, then size 9 1/2 would be the way to go

They are smaller, I have size 12 feet but need 13's as they fit better

I find them fairly standard to trainers, i'm an 8 in trainers and 8 in spikes, however these are the older wider ones, dont knoe what the newer more stremline versions are like...
