dunno, two semi finals this year is pretty decent when you consider the restraints that losing Root, Bairstow, Willey, Rashid and Plunkett to "Team England" puts on him.

It's a shame coaching some 2020 team is more attractive than county cricket. He seems a good coach though, shame to lose him from the county set up.
