Title: Replacement decals
Post by: Cow_corner on September 08, 2016, 05:56:22 AM
Refurbing a club bat (Onyx) was wondering if Kookaburra are a brand that sell replacements independantly, I know some brands won't and appreciate the logic behind that.

I don't think they do mate, possibly of you sent the bat in for a refurb with them they might put new stickers on for you, but I've never seen genuine kooka sets for sale.

The only way you'll get it done is through a bat refurb.  I did it a few years ago and they'll only put newer stickers on, so no chance of a retro refurb sadly!

Cheers, I'll sticker (decal) it up as something else then. It's a cheaper grade Harrow so not worth the cost of shipping from China.Alternatively leave it bare as it says Kookaburra on the toe guard.

I emailed them as have refurbed my brothers Kahuna 600.

They won't send stickers out.  I don't need a refurb, as I've done it myself but if I send the bat to them they will stick the stickers on and send it back to me for just short of £40!!

To my normal eye, they look rather good. But just an option whilst I was browsing through.
