Trying to build temperament for next years 40 over matches. Usually play a lot of T20 as bowling allrounder. Here is short video of me trying to watch and middle the ball. Feel free to give advice on building temperament and technique.
It is a volley ball court with hard bouncy surface and the lights were low too. The bats i am using are B3 TKC Pepsi & Aldred Velocity (both are 2-13)

I agree with Dan.
Your bottom hand grip looks a little Jason Roy.
You may want to rotate it round a little however, the v of your thumb and forefinger should point down the outside half of the bat, not the inside half.

You have forward/forward-press trigger but little or no footwork afterwards. Your balance seems good but your shot alignment is not there because you are rocking back-and-forth on your feet without any real foot movement. I think you are very strong physically and are used to rely on upper-body strength to guide/control your shots. How do you normally get out in matches? If I were the op captain or bowler, I'd test you in the outside-off channel swinging away which will force your to not hang back and play your shots. I may also bowl short in your body to push you back on your feet to get skiers to fine/square leg. Any delivery turning/moving away from you could pose you a challenge since you are pretty static on your feet.

@InternalTraining i usually play down the order at 5th or 6th position as a hitter when few overs are remaining in T20 matches. My often get caught in boundaries and rarely get bowled or caught in behind the wicket. But you are completely right about not using the footwork and i do struggle on outswinging deliveries moving away from me. Thanks for the observation i will definitely work on my foot work.Always willing to learn and improve.
