Anyone know of any reputable Pakistani retailers that I might be able to get them from?

Pretty sure those are CA PLUS 10000 shoes. You can order them online

What's your size? I am off to Pakistan next week, so if I come across them then I'll post them to you.

The link you shared is of shop which is local to me, I can buy from him and post too but he is a rip off.

Try contacting UT sports in Karachi. They are authorized dealer of CA goods. Here is the facebook page link.
