No idea if it'd do willow, although I'm sure you can aim for sharper. But seems easy enough......

I would need:
1: A sawblade - cheap, easy to find
2: Beltsander (for sharpening the edge)
3: Woodturner
4: Skills..........

The woodworking is a skill, but surely finding an old round table/chair leg that's already been turned and feels good in hand is an option?
You just need to cut it down to length add the groove and then glue in the stop piece.

Not just skills for the woodturn.. But the steady hand with the grinder! Good clean angles. He´s making it look easy, but i believe its very hard.
