Yash i have some however they were made for me via the physio at the hospital, I'm not sure who or where would make them for you perhaps a sports injury clinic could advise. My feet were specially measured etc for them and I've had them around 4 years now and I'm fine now however i always wear them.
Had an injury to my foot which just wouldn't go away so i went to the doctors etc but he said tendinitis which it wasn't at all and i went from there after a while they sent me to a biomechanic who sorted the in soles for me. I took a good 6 months for them to work and my foot to heal but all good now. Very occasionally i may get a slight pain but doesn't hang around for long.

Like Watsontotty I went to a physio to get them fitted (and for free) and they fixed my problem straight away.
You can buy them online apparently or even at Boots so I am told but theyre about 30quid, whereas if you get them from the NHS theyre free.

I have used physio made insoles (about £250) and these rather cheaper and more garish numbers... http://www.return2fitness.co.uk/Foot_Care/Insoles_And_Footbeds/d3dperformanceredinsole
They have worked for me, but you should try your physio first, I think.
Not sure where you live, but i know a very good one in Canary Wharf!
